Daily Compliment 14

Well it is hot as ever in Taiwan but a light typhoon coming into Taiwan should cool us off. Today my Tomo went with my mom to a Lady's night at Quail Valley Church. She is truly becoming a woman of God and I am encouraged by her transformation. We all have faults but God is in the business of restoring and making right what has been messed up. I have unintentionally hurt my Tomo from time to time because I am still a work in progress. I pray that God will continue to change both of us for the better. As we have been transformed into God's new creature, we will continue to do our best to see what He has in plan for us. My Tomo is very sweet and a child looking for assurance and security. I pray that I will be able to bring this security and give her rest as Jesus has given us rest. But we should always remember to depend on him for eternal rest!

Daily Compliment 13

It has been a long time since I have updated this blog. My Tomo has been very patient with me these past few weeks. I have made my fair share of mistakes, yet Tomo has had the patience to work them through. She is truly a woman of God and I should be very careful as to keep it and protect it as much as I can. She deserves it, after all it is my responsibility make her feel safe and protected. I have been in Taiwan for about 1 month, and I have learned quite a bit of Chinese. I hope to continue to improve on my Chinese while I am here. Just as there has good opportunities to speak Chinese, I hope that I will have the opportunity to do my best to learn the mother language. Tomo always encourages me to do more and more. My Tomo has been my candle in the darkness always showing me the way back, but it is also time for me to show my light so that she won't burn out. My Tomo!
